Refund Policy
Refunds may be obtained if requested in writing within 7 days of payment, but are not available beyond this time.
Membership
Membership subscriptions may be refunded if membership is rescinded either by the Member or by the Party within one week of issue of the membership card. Otherwise no refund of membership subscriptions will be made on rescinding of or resignation from membership.
The Party may refuse or rescind an application for membership if it considers that the applicant does not fulfil the criteria for membership.
Order acceptance
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions"
