Carl Faulkner was born in Rochdale in 1961. He is married with two children. Since leaving school at 16 he has done a variety of jobs including several years in both the merchant navy and prison service. He currently works in the insurance industry.
Since his first vote in the 1979 General Election he has, at some point, voted for each of the old parliamentary parties in the mistaken belief they would do what was best for Britain. He considers himself to have been completely betrayed. He believes it is a sentiment he shares with every decent British citizen whose votes have also been taken for granted.
He feels so-called patriotic MPs have consistently done what is best for either their own parties or other countries and not what is best for the people of this country – Carl will always put the interests of Britain first.
He believes the only chance to stop our country being ruined beyond repair is by the emergence of a fair-minded political political party that puts Britain first. That is why he decided to join Veritas. That is why he decided to stand as a parliamentary candidate at the 2005 General Election.
Carl was re-elected to the NEC in October 2007 and will serve until October 2008.
